Hartstone by Aster celebrates the town’s heritage in both name and detail. “Hart” nods to the industrious legacy of William Hart, whose craftsmanship helped define this area, while “stone” honours the Druitt stone found on site, a tribute to Herbert Druitt, a passionate antiquarian from one of Christchurch’s most influential families.
